Hello, my name is Christine Hsieh.
Born in Texas, raised in Arizona, I'm a first generation Shanghainese-American who loves to travel, eat, cook, and drink lots of coffee. I am obsessed with World Expos (Worlds Fairs) and am on a mission to help others discover how amazing they are. This website is a collection of my memories, as I explore new places, try new recipes (usually inspired by my culture), practice my photography, and of course, visit World Expos.
